For walk-in counter pickups at 500 George Street, payment is settled upon collection via EFTPOS, major credit cards, or cash in Australian currency. For corporate catering deliveries, payment is executed via direct corporate bank transfer against an official tax invoice, or via cash on delivery upon arrival at your venue.

Corporate catering cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time incur no cancellation penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled dispatch may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total quote value to offset prepared raw perishable stock and allocated kitchen labour.
Adjustments to headcounts, dietary requirements (such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or dairy-free allocations), or dispatch time modifications must be communicated to our George Street management crew at the earliest opportunity. We will accommodate reasonable quantity expansions subject to daily stock levels at the Sydney kitchen.

Up to 50% Quote Fee
